• Deposit Limit: Set your daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your profile settings.
• Betting Limits: You can set a cap on your total betting amount within a defined time period.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a temporary break ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: If you request a long-term self-exclusion, we will close your account for the specified period.
• Family members may also request a self-exclusion on behalf of someone they are concerned about.

• Reproducing, distributing, or modifying any content beyond personal use is strictly prohibited.

• Loss or damage resulting from internet connection failure.

• Loss or damage caused by software or hardware issues on your device.
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen technical failures or natural disasters.

However, where any loss is directly caused by our own negligence, we accept responsibility and will provide appropriate compensation.

You may close your account at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via a verified withdrawal method.

We may also close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• If evidence of fraud or deception is found.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• When required to do so for legal or regulatory reasons.
